Trade Customers

We use Hospo Connect for our Trade customer order process. To open a Trade Account, please head to Hospo Connect and create an account (this is available as an app for Android or Apple OS). Once you are approved for a Hospo Connect account, you will be able to search for Confidant Wines, apply for an Account, and on approval, place orders through the App.

If you are an existing user of Hospo Connect, you can apply for a Confidant account through the App. Or if you are new to the platform, you can join up and apply.

Either way we will send you an Account Application Form. Upon completion and return of the signed application, approval generally takes 24 to 48 hours.

Once your Account has been opened, and you do not wish to use the App, you will still be able to submit orders via Text to 027 4417 409 or email to wines@confidant.co.nz.

What would be my minimum purchase?

The minimum purchase is 12 bottles, which can be made up of 12 bottles of a single variety or 6 bottles of two different varieties.

What is the typical delivery timeframe?

Your goods should arrive within 48 hours, subject to the Courier. Check out our Shipping Policy for more information.

Are these wines sold in Supermarkets?

No, we do not typically sell into Supermarkets.
