I’ve ordered my wine, when will it arrive?

Our courier operates overnight. Some rural postcodes are subject to a two-three day delivery service. We are partnered with NZ Post as our shipping provider and your delivery should take place between 8am and 6pm.

We send everything as next-day delivery. However, we cannot guarantee this delivery date as this is reliant on the couriers.

The majority of deliveries make it on time, however, there are very rare occasions where your order might arrive the following day. This is unfortunately out of our control.

We cannot provide refunds or replacements for delayed deliveries unless the quality of the product has been compromised.

What happens if I’m not home?

If you are not going to be at home to receive your delivery, our drivers have Authority to Leave instructions. NZ Post will also send you email messages confirming your tracking details and expected delivery times.

Do you offer Saturday Delivery?

No, we find the freight has a habit of going missing.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver throughout the nation, from Northland to Bluff.

If something’s hasn’t quite gone to plan.

If something isn’t quite right, or you’re not happy in any way then we will make it our priority to rectify the situation.
