Can I shop safely on this site?
Yes, shopping on our site is secure. We accept Visa, Mastercard, debit card transactions, Google Pay, and Apple Pay through our trusted payment processor, Stripe. We never handle your card details directly, as all payment processing is securely managed by Stripe. Additionally, our site uses SSL encryption to protect your personal and payment information.
Do I have to log in to use the site?
No, you don’t need to log in or create an account to use our site or place an order.
How do I search for a particular Wine or browse a range of wines?
To find a specific wine or grape variety, enter it into the search bar in the header.
Wines are sorted by type (e.g. Red, White, Sparkling etc.). Visit your desired category and filter by price, grape variety, or country of origin to refine your selection.
How do I find tasting notes for each product?
These are listed in the product details for each product, alongside other relevant information.
Is there a minimum order?
As a primarily wholesale provider, we require a minimum order of 6 mixed bottles. Orders must be placed in multiples of 6 (e.g. 6, 12, 18 bottles).
Is there a discount on larger orders?
Yes, enjoy 10% off your order when you purchase any 12 or more wines.
How long do any advertised specials last?
It depends on stock levels, which may change at short notice.
How do I know if my order was received?
You’ll receive an automated email confirming your order once it’s placed, followed by another email with a tracking number when your order ships.
What do I do if I get corked, faulty or damaged wine?
Contact us immediately at orders@confidant.co.nz, and we’ll arrange replacement bottles as soon as possible.
When will my order be delivered?
As long as we receive your order before 2.00pm, in most cases your order will be delivered in 1-2 days if you live in mainland non-rural North Island. Rural or South Island deliveries take a day or two longer. We try to avoid Friday dispatch to avoid your goods sitting in a depot over the weekend. For more info, visit our Shipping Policy.
What happens if my order cannot be completely filled?
If for any reason your order cannot be filled, we will contact you.
